The phenomena of forest regrowth is successful because of the inconsistencies of nature. Plant seeds must be carried to different locations in order to get enough nutrients to grow. Therefore, it is the slightest nuances in seed structure and the variability of the wind that enable the regeneration of the forest. This process demonstrates that to achieve a symbiotic relationship with the surrounding environment, harmonious design must account for the variability of external elements. A falling set of identical instruments mimic the functions of nature. Their interactions and movements are contingent to the toss and susceptible to the wind. The design embraces the unpredictability of the human and the environment to create a spectacle of non uniform dispersal. The flexible mechanism is formed from a continuous string of supports and joints. When folded and fastened the structure becomes tensile.
